In early 2019 we were awarded the contract to refurbish the nursery and build an extension at St Cadoc’s Primary School with a budget of approximately £700,000.
This comprised:
Alterations to the existing building to form new play areas, kitchen and laundry facilities, office and staff bases, toilets, stores, cloaks and an outdoor all-weather space.
Construction of two extensions for a boot room and children’s WCs.
The project commenced in February 2019 and works included all down-takings, builders work, roofing, plumbing, mechanical and electrical installation, new windows and doors, lighting, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, decoration, drainage and external works, playground alterations, equipment and fencing.
Our team worked hard to ensure completion to a high standard before the deadline of mid-August 2019 for the School returning after the Summer Holidays.
The project was a huge success and the staff, children and parents were delighted with their new Nursery School.
